WHAT IS A PPA?
A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a legal contract between an electricity generator, in this case HyperionRE (An Independent Power Producer), a partner of Rhino Energy Solutions, who agrees to sell the energy produced by the Solar PV system to a power purchaser, in this case a corporate client who agrees to purchase the electricity produced by the Solar PV System. Contractual terms may last anywhere between 8 and 20 years.

ENERGY BILL SAVINGS
Your new PPA tariff will typically be lower than your current Municipality Tariff per kWh giving you monthly opex savings for the energy produced by the solar system.
